How can I return my order?

If you wish to exchange an item, please send your original purchase back in perfect saleable condition to the returns address below. We will send out a replacement free of charge.

Returns of products delivered inside the UK are free if you use the Freepost label included in the package.

If you've lost the Freepost Label, you can send it back to the address below. Just make sure to state your order number, reason for returning and what you'd like us to do with the return.

What is your returns policy?

The right to cancel your order starts from the moment you place your order and does not end until 28 days after purchase or 14 days after the product arrives with you.

The usual rules apply to returns. If we've made a mistake with the product, if it's defective or you'd like to exchange for another size, no worries. Remember that there is a time limit as above, and also that with custom manufactured products that are made to order, if we've manufactured that item to your specification we will not be able to refund it.

  • We cannot offer returns or exchanges on custom products, unless defective.
  • We cannot accept returns that have been washed or worn, unless defective.
  • Our freepost returns code only works inside the UK.

If you've ordered a normal product and it's in perfect condition but you'd like to send it back within 28 days, no worries.
